Assumption of Risk I understand that cycling, including the use of rental bicycles and participation in related activities, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, accidents, collisions, environmental hazards, and damage to property. I voluntarily assume all such risks. 2. Medical Fitness I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in cycling activities and have no medical condition that may be aggravated by such activity. 3. Indemnity I hereby indemnify, hold harmless, and release Rent A Bike, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liability, loss, damage, injury, or death arising from my participation in cycling activities or use of rental equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by South African law. 4. Responsibility for Equipment I accept full responsibility for the care of all rented equipment. I agree to return equipment in the same condition received and understand that I may be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage. 5. Compliance with Rules I agree to follow all safety instructions, wear appropriate protective gear (including helmets), and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 6. Minors If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation and compliance with this waiver.
